FAQs

I am an independent artist. Is this still for me?
Yes. A significant portion of this work is designed for independent and emerging artists. The goal is clarity and next steps that you can execute without needing a large team.

I do not have a deal yet. Should I still book?
Yes. Many of the most important decisions happen before deals appear, including splits, ownership, publishing setup, registrations, and release planning. Getting those right early protects you later.

Can you help me understand music publishing and royalties?
Yes. Publishing, royalties, registrations, and revenue pathways are common topics. The focus is practical: what applies to your catalog and what to do next.

Do you provide legal advice or replace an entertainment attorney?
No. This work is strategic and educational. If you have counsel, this work helps you use counsel more effectively by clarifying priorities, tradeoffs, and questions.

Will you pitch my music or guarantee introductions?
No. This is not pay-for-access. The value is experienced guidance, decision support, and practical planning. Any introductions are situational and never promised.

I only have one question. Should I still book a session?
Often, yes. One question is usually connected to three decisions underneath it. The session is designed to answer the question and make sure the surrounding structure is sound.
